A Personal Health Record [or PHR] contains all of your personal health data over your lifetime. The following document will provide you with more information regarding PHRs including what it is, why it’s so important, how to make your own, and storage options.

It is important upon arrival to familiarize yourself with the french medical system and to find a family doctor for your stay.
